I'm using version 2.00 on VMWare server 1.0.x.
Can I replace YAFPC to 5.03 without reconfiguring printer that user already created on 2.00?
We have 200 users and I don't want them to re-create the printer.

Upgrade from 2.00 to 5.03 with keeping users printer settings

The were some problems reported with upgrading from 2.00 to 5.0x (see Topic

But in this case there was the problem restoring a 2.00 backup to a 5.0x machine. If you let your VM untouched and point the CD image to the new iso only, it should work.
For safty make a complete backup copy of your VM before changing to the new iso image. In case something fails, you can restore the complete 2.00 version.
