Is anything been change on the ghostscript driver, under the old version. When printer website, print spool size is under 5MB. With the current verison print spool is 74MB before it prints the job.
You can test on just printer google.com

The filesize depends on the printer resolution. Default is 4000dpi. You can change the default settings for a printer (e.g. to 600dpi) for better performance. Please refer to the manual ("Printer Properties").
