Not in the current version.
The next version (3.02) will fix a problem with backup of plugin settings.
The version after (3.03) will have a "Harddrive Installation" menu in the browser interface. The reason for the delay is: There are some difficult issues with upgrading a harddrive installed system.
The time schedule for 3.03 is in about 1 month.
