If installed on a YAFPC-Appliance PDF Server it enables read only access to SNMP managed objects on this machine.
SNMP versions V1, V2c and V3 are supported. This plugin can be used to monitor important system parameters of the PDF server with NAGIOS, N-View or other SNMP based network monitor systems.
You can configure access to this agent in "Plugin Management" | "Configure Plugin". Assumed you have checked "Enable SNMP V1&V2c", setup the community to "public" you can test the access from any Linux host with snmp installed using this command:
snmpwalk -v 2c -c public <ip-address-of-YAFPC-Appliance>
